Cancellation Policy
- You can rearrange or cancel appointments up to 24 hours without incurring any fee before the appointment time by calling/leaving a voicemail or texting a message to 613-362-6673 or via email at [email protected].
- Payment of $120.00 will be required if you are unable to give 24 hours notice or you miss the session without giving notice, This fee is not covered by your health care benefits provider and will be your sole responsibility to pay.
- If you arrive later then 15 minutes late your session will be cancelled and you be billed for the missed session at the above noted fee
- Your file may be closed if there are 2 consecutive cancellations or “no shows” for scheduled sessions or if you have not attended 3 out of the last 6 scheduled sessions.
